The Process

1

We’ll start with the Discovery stage.

During your first session, we’ll discuss your project and its relevance to you.

We’ll find out at what stage you are, what support you need, and what has been stopping you so far.

We’ll move to the Planning & Strategy stage.

We’ll revive your plan (if you have one) or create a rough action plan so you can start moving forward.

Finally, we’ll decide on a first step, and how you will track and analyse your progress.

And you’ll be off to the Act stage.

2

During your second and following sessions, we’ll review your progress and discuss what worked and what didn’t.

This is the Evaluate stage.

We’ll then adjust the plan (or maybe create a new one!) and agree on the next steps.

This is Refine stage.

You’ll then work on your tasks and get back to me to repeat the stages above until your project is done or you decide to continue by yourself.

And what if the plan isn’t working?

If something isn’t working well, we can return to the Planning & Strategy stage. Or go back to Discover if things aren’t working at all.

The ToolKit

Luciana Lynch

Energy—your mental sharpness, emotional resilience, and physical well-being—is an often-overlooked element. A lot of people think they just need more discipline, but what they really need is smarter energy management.

Focus is where it all comes together. Without it, your time leaks away, your energy scatters, and your motivation fizzles out. But each brain focuses in its own way. Some people need structure. As a coach, I help you find what works best for you and then protect that deep work time.

Even if your project feels private, you don’t need to do it alone. Community brings energy, creativity, accountability, and resilience. In coaching, we work together to figure out who those people are for you, so you’re not carrying it all solo.

Time is the one resource we all know we need. And yet, it’s usually the first to feel out of control. This is where coaching can make a huge difference. I help you create schedules that make sense for your life and the way you experience time.

Your Environment can also make or break your progress. That includes your physical space, digital tools, and the emotional atmosphere you’re in. When they support your goals, everything feels smoother. In coaching, we look at all of this.

1:1 Online Sessions

Coaching Sessions

During your coaching sessions, we will plan and strategize, but also uncover mental blocks and limiting beliefs that can be stopping you from getting things done.

You’ll gain clarity, learn to make decisions, set priorities, and build a strategy.

Coaching sessions can be helpful for transitions/changes, such as starting a business, changing jobs/careers, moving abroad, retirement, or working from home.

But we can work on any project or challenge you’re interested in.

Accountability Partner

An accountability partner is someone who supports you in staying focused, following through, and making consistent progress toward a goal you’ve already decided.

You’ll receive support, structure, and regular check-ins — helping you do what you already know you want or need to do.

This service is a mix of motivation, strategy, and steady encouragement, adapted to your personality, lifestyle, and goals.

Body Doubling

Body doubling is a powerful focus technique where another person is present — physically or virtually — while you work.

My presence will create a sense of structure, accountability, and calm that will help you start and stay on task.

We, humans, are social beings who thrive in groups. Working alongside someone helps most people see things through.

This approach can be especially useful if you’re neurodivergent (ADHD, ADD), working alone from home, or navigating periods of low energy or motivation.

Matching Energy, not Time

Instead of trying to squeeze more hours out of the day, we’ll focus on leveraging your mental, physical, and emotional energy.

High-energy moments can produce remarkable results, even in short bursts of time. By aligning tasks with energy peaks, we’ll work smarter, not harder.

Brain Wiring, not Laziness

Our brains are wired to avoid discomfort and conserve energy, which can manifest as procrastination or a lack of motivation.

In our sessions, we’ll approach challenges from a place of fun and curiosity, unlocking your potential for lasting transformation.

Learned Skills, not Talent

Skills are learned, practiced, and refined over time, making growth accessible to anyone willing to put in the effort.

By embracing a mindset of continuous learning during our sessions, you’ll cultivate abilities that surpass natural talent.

Testimonials

"A very positive experience. Lucy was very easy to talk with, very relaxed and encouraging. The sessions really helped me to think about what I want, to get more focused on the what and the how, and to think about (& begin to initiate) some plans and techniques for 'getting me there'. I really liked how Lucy helped me move from general dreams ("I want to allow myself to write") to more specific goals, and how Lucy focused me on what is achievable without pouring cold water on my ambitions. "

Rose Morris

“I had amazing four sessions. I learned so much about my perception of myself and of why I kept repeating the same behaviours and getting the same results. I now have the tools to make changes and achieve my goals.”

Margareth Kelleher

“My overall experience was very positive. I found it very helpful; it encouraged me to not to procrastinate and to overcome barriers that I put up that’s stops me from progressing. Also to believe in myself more.”

Aisling Nugent

"During my coaching sessions, I learnt to manage my time and organise better. I also learnt to prioritise and be realistic about time available for goals and how to achieve them. I also learnt to take a step back and assess my commitments. "

Alan

"I really enjoyed talking to Lucy. It was a soothing and comforting experience. She is a good listener and the fact that she would reformulate my sentences helped me feel clearer about my goals. "

F.G.

"Lucy's summarizing, paraphrasing, and promoting accountability was invaluable."

Robert McLoughlin

"I found the sessions incredibly beneficial. I am a huge advocate of coaching and as a coach, I do love to have regular checkups with myself. I loved Lucy's kind approach and the way she challenged my beliefs. I knew myself that I was struggling with some problems and loved having an impartial and formal approach to sorting through my stuff. I felt better for speaking openly and honestly in a safe space. My Approach

Luciana Lynch

As your coach, I’ll help you accomplish what is important to you without bringing yourself to tears or exhaustion. You’ll leave our sessions feeling more in control.

And you’ll receive the same level of guidance I’ve offered to hundreds of leaders of public and private organisations during my over 20 years working as a team leader and planning/executive manager.

What I love about project coaching is watching someone have a lightbulb moment.

Those overwhelming feelings fading away. Thoughts becoming clear and organised. Everything starting to make sense and to feel possible and attainable.

We might be a good fit if….

  • You are sure you want to get this project done.
  • You are aware it’s you who has to get the work done.
  • You prefer a fun, gentle approach over “no pain, no gain”.
  • You struggle to estimate the resources your project requires.
  • You get an energy boost from sharing your thoughts.
